Alondra hab\u00eda dado a luz diez d\u00edas antes a su segundo beb\u00e9.<\/span><\/p><p><b>La muerte de Alondra pudo haberse evitado. Las m\u00faltiples omisiones por parte del estado de Jalisco contribuyeron a su muerte.<\/b><\/p><p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bfEn qu\u00e9 fall\u00f3 el Estado?<\/span><\/i><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Alondra hab\u00eda puesto una denuncia por violencia de su expareja<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0un mes antes de su muerte. Enrique Alfaro Ram\u00edrez<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Gobernador del Estado de Jalisco<\/strong><\/p><p>Tenemos conocimiento de la grave crisis de feminicidios que se vive actualmente en M\u00e9xico. Le escribo en particular por el caso de Alondra Guadalupe Gonz\u00e1lez Arias, mujer de 20 a\u00f1os que fue encontrada sin vida la ma\u00f1ana del 10 de marzo de 2017 en el departamento que compart\u00eda con su pareja en Tlajomulco de Z\u00fa\u00f1iga, Jalisco.<\/p><p>De acuerdo con la informaci\u00f3n recibida por Amnist\u00eda Internacional, Alondra Guadalupe Gonz\u00e1lez Arias puso una denuncia por malos tratos de su pareja el 6 de febrero de 2017. En respuesta a la denuncia de Alondra, el mismo 6 de febrero una agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico del Centro de Justicia para las Mujeres de Jalisco emiti\u00f3 \u00f3rdenes de protecci\u00f3n por duraci\u00f3n de 30 d\u00edas. Seg\u00fan los registros disponibles, las \u00f3rdenes de protecci\u00f3n no fueron notificadas a las autoridades encargadas de proteger a Alondra ni al presunto agresor. <strong>El Estado de Jalisco incumpli\u00f3 con su deber de debida diligencia para asegurar la activaci\u00f3n e implementaci\u00f3n de las \u00f3rdenes de protecci\u00f3n de Alondra.<\/strong><\/p><p>En abril de 2019 la Comisi\u00f3n Estatal de Derechos Humanos del Estado de Jalisco emiti\u00f3 la Recomendaci\u00f3n 05\/2019 en que se\u00f1ala que el Estado de Jalisco, que usted gobierna, pudo evitar el feminicidio de Alondra. En esa recomendaci\u00f3n, la Comisi\u00f3n de Derechos Humanos establece una serie de medidas para reparar integralmente el da\u00f1o a la madre, la hija y el hijo de Alondra.<\/p><p>Si bien ya se dict\u00f3 sentencia para la persona responsable de la muerte de Alondra, a\u00fan <strong>es necesario que se repare integralmente el da\u00f1o a la familia de Alondra<\/strong>. Por ello, le instamos a que gire las instrucciones necesarias para que la madre de Alondra y sus hijos retomen su proyecto de vida, dando cumplimiento a la totalidad de las medidas incluidas en la Recomendaci\u00f3n 05\/2019.
