Es por eso que Amnist\u00eda Internacional impuls\u00f3 la firma y ratificaci\u00f3n del Acuerdo de Escaz\u00fa. El cual fue publicado en el Diario Oficial de la Federaci\u00f3n el 9 de diciembre de 2020.
