Sin embargo, no logran acceder a la justicia ni a los servicios de salud, debido a la existencia de estereotipos relacionados con su g\u00e9nero, nacionalidad, e identidad de g\u00e9nero, entre otras, los cuales tambi\u00e9n significan enfrentar nuevos episodios de violencia y discriminaci\u00f3n cuando intentan presentar una denuncia. Para muchas, la falta de estatus migratorio regular y de informaci\u00f3n sobre sus derechos agudiza estas dificultades.
