Ocupa el <strong>primer lugar en n\u00famero de feminicidios cometidos cada mes<\/strong> y la mayor\u00eda de los asesinatos quedan impunes.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Amnist\u00eda Internacional M\u00e9xico document\u00f3 <strong>cuatro casos de feminicidio en la zona oriente del Estado de M\u00e9xico<\/strong>, precedidos por desaparici\u00f3n, analizando espec\u00edficamente las <strong>deficiencias en las investigaciones penales<\/strong> de los mismos. Los hallazgos encontrados respecto de estos casos conforman un <strong>patr\u00f3n de deficiencias en las investigaciones<\/strong> penales que coinciden con aquel identificado anteriormente por otras investigaciones y que ha sido puesto de manifiesto por las organizaciones de la sociedad civil y las propias personas titulares de de g\u00e9nero<\/strong> en el <strong>Estado de M\u00e9xico<\/strong> y para que las personas servidoras p\u00fablicas que realizan esa labor, puedan<strong> hacerlo de forma eficiente y en condiciones de trabajo dignas<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #ff169b;\">\u25cf<\/span> Que investiguen aquellas personas class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">El an\u00e1lisis <span style=\"color: #000000;\">realizado<\/span> en el marco del informe <span style=\"color: #ff169b;\"><a style=\"color: #ff169b;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.amnesty.org\/es\/documents\/amr41\/4556\/2021\/es\/\"><em><strong>Juicio a la Justicia<\/strong><\/em><\/a><\/span>, que destaca las <strong>deficiencias de las investigaciones <\/strong><\/span><\/span><span id=\"page245R_mcid3052\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><strong>de los feminicidios<\/strong> <strong>precedidos de desaparici\u00f3n<\/strong> en el Estado de M\u00e9xico, coincide con los hallazgos del <\/span><\/span><span id=\"page245R_mcid3053\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">informe realizado en 2003 por Amnist\u00eda Internacional sobre los <strong>asesinatos de mujeres sucedidos en <\/strong><\/span><\/span><span id=\"page245R_mcid3054\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><strong>Ciudad Ju\u00e1rez<\/strong>, el cual encontr\u00f3 deficiencias similares, incluyendo una<strong> mala gesti\u00f3n de las escenas <\/strong><\/span><\/span><span id=\"page245R_mcid3055\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><strong>del crimen <\/strong>y las pruebas, <strong>poner en duda a las v\u00edctimas<\/strong> y una <strong>falta de seguimiento <\/strong>de ciertas l\u00edneas <\/span><\/span><span id=\"page245R_mcid3056\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">de investigaci\u00f3n. Todo ello sugiere que l<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page245R_mcid3057\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">a <strong>violencia feminicida<\/strong> y las <strong>deficiencias en su investigaci\u00f3n <\/strong><\/span><\/span><span id=\"page245R_mcid3058\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><strong>y prevenci\u00f3n<\/strong> no son anecd\u00f3ticas del norte de M\u00e9xico, si no que <strong>forman parte de una realidad m\u00e1s <\/strong><\/span><\/span><strong><span id=\"page245R_mcid3059\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">amplia del pa\u00eds. <\/span><\/span><\/strong><span id=\"page245R_mcid3059\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span id=\"page245R_mcid3066\" class=\"markedContent\">Asimismo, <\/span><\/span><\/span><span id=\"page245R_mcid3059\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span id=\"page245R_mcid3067\" class=\"markedContent\">el Estado mexicano persiste en la <\/span><strong><span id=\"page245R_mcid3068\" class=\"markedContent\">violaci\u00f3n de los derechos <\/span><\/strong><span id=\"page245R_mcid3068\" class=\"markedContent\">de acceso a la<\/span><strong><span id=\"page245R_mcid3068\" class=\"markedContent\"> justicia y protecci\u00f3n judicial<\/span><\/strong><span id=\"page245R_mcid3068\" class=\"markedContent\"> de las<strong> familias de las v\u00edctimas<\/strong><\/span><span id=\"page245R_mcid3069\" class=\"markedContent\"> de feminicidio y desaparici\u00f3n, el <strong>deber de no discriminaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, y el <strong>derecho a la integridad personal <\/strong><\/span><span id=\"page245R_mcid3070\" class=\"markedContent\">por los sufrimientos y por los actos de hostigamiento que padecen las familias de las v\u00edctimas.<\/span><\/span><\/span><span id=\"page245R_mcid3060\"
