Alondra hab\u00eda dado a luz diez d\u00edas antes a su segundo beb\u00e9.<\/p><p><b>La muerte de Alondra pudo haberse evitado. class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Esta joven v\u00edctima acudi\u00f3 primero a oficinas de la <strong>Fiscal\u00eda Estatal<\/strong> y fue remitida al <strong>Centro de Justicia para las Mujeres en Guadalajara<\/strong>, ubicado a <strong>m\u00e1s de dos horas de su domicilio en transporte p\u00fablico<\/strong>. Esta denuncia se realiz\u00f3 <strong>pocos d\u00edas antes de dar a luz<\/strong>, con <strong>golpes visibles<\/strong> y<strong> una lesi\u00f3n en el cuello producto de un intento de ahorcamiento.<\/strong><\/p><p>En respuesta a su denuncia, se emiti\u00f3 una orden de protecci\u00f3n que la <strong>Agencia del Ministerio P\u00fablico del Centro de Justicia para las Mujeres<\/strong> no hizo llegar a las autoridades responsables.<\/p><p>En abril de 2019 la <strong>Comisi\u00f3n Estatal de Derechos Humanos del Estado de Jalisco<\/strong> emiti\u00f3 la <span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\"><a style=\"color: #ff00ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/historico.cedhj.org.mx\/recomendaciones\/emitidas\/2019\/Reco%2005-2019.pdf\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff169b;\">Recomendaci\u00f3n 05\/2019<\/span><\/strong><\/a> <\/span>en que se\u00f1ala que el <strong>Estado de Jalisco pudo evitar el feminicidio de Alondra.<\/strong> En esa recomendaci\u00f3n, la Comisi\u00f3n de Derechos Humanos establece una serie de medidas para reparar integralmente el da\u00f1o a la madre, la hija y el hijo de Alondra.<br \/>Si bien, despu\u00e9s de <strong>3 a\u00f1os<\/strong> se dict\u00f3 sentencia para la persona responsable de la muerte de Alondra,<strong> a\u00fan es necesario que se repare integralmente el da\u00f1o a la familia de
