Por lo anterior, la organizacio\u0301n visito\u0301 la Sierra Tarahumara en dos ocasiones para documentar el caso de la defensa del territorio por parte de la comunidad de Pueblos Indi\u0301genas Rara\u0301muri de Coloradas de la Virgen. Amnisti\u0301a Internacional pudo identificar que los li\u0301deres indi\u0301genas que han representado a la comunidad han sido amenazados y atacados debido a la defensa que ejercen en representacio\u0301n de la comunidad de Coloradas de la Virgen.
