Sin un programa aprobado, los esfuerzos para localizar a las personas desaparecidas siguen fragmentados, descoordinados e ineficaces. <strong>Con un marcado aumento de personas desaparecidas en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os \u2014de 418 en 2022 a 760 en 2025\u2014 la situaci\u00f3n en el estado es cr\u00edtica.<\/strong> La demora en la aprobaci\u00f3n contraviene las obligaciones del Estado mexicano en virtud del derecho internacional de los derechos humanos y las normas que enfatizan el deber de garantizar mecanismos de b\u00fasqueda eficaces y proteger los derechos de las v\u00edctimas y sus familias. <strong>Exigimos a las autoridades la aprobaci\u00f3n e implementaci\u00f3n inmediatas del Programa.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div Seg\u00fan datos de informes de la sociedad civil tales como <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/instituto%20mexicano%20de%20derechos%20humanos%20y%20democracia.%20(2025).%20missing%20persons%20in%20oaxaca.%20red%20lupa.\/\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Red Lupa,<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"none\"> Las cifras han ido aumentando en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, pasando de unos 418 casos en 2022 a m\u00e1s de 700 en 2024\u20132025, mostrando una clara tendencia al alza. Oaxaca es uno de los estados con el menor n\u00famero de desapariciones en comparaci\u00f3n con otros estados del pa\u00eds. Adem\u00e1s, deben adoptar medidas legislativas, administrativas y judiciales. Esta preocupaci\u00f3n es especialmente relevante para Oaxaca, donde la falta de aprobaci\u00f3n y la implementaci\u00f3n efectiva de un programa de b\u00fasqueda estatal ha generado alarma entre las familias y los colectivos de b\u00fasqueda.
